Culture Change: The story of HB68
Earlier this year, we achieved a major victory for Ohio. After more than six years of relentless effort, we passed the Saving Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act and Save Women's Sports Act, known as House Bill 68 (HB68). To commemorate this victory, we told the behind-the-scenes story of passing HB68 in a documentary video that debuted at our 2024 Cincinnati Celebration Gala with Riley Gaines and Chloe Cole. ACTION ALERT: Stop Foreign Billionaires from Interfering in Ohio Elections
The Ohio Senate has passed the CCV-backed HB305. The bill, as amended, prohibits foreign actors from financially contributing to ballot issue campaigns. “Preserving the American promise for the next generation requires that it’s Americans that are influencing political decisions, not foreign actors,” said Aaron Baer, President of Center for Christian Virtue.

Breaking News: Ohio Supreme Court Lets Kids Be Sterilized… For Now
The Ohio Supreme Court has denied a request from Attorney General Dave Yost to overturn in whole or in part a Franklin County judge’s illegal decision issuing a statewide block of the CCV-backed House Bill 68. The law prohibits transgender medicine on kids and protects girls from being forced to compete against boys.

SB217 would prohibit AI-generated child pornography, making it a felony to create, distribute, buy, or possess any such material.

CCV Receives 2024 Heritage Foundation Innovation Prize
The Heritage Foundation announced Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) as one of its 2024 Innovation Prize winners. Heritage's Innovation Prize recognizes and provides substantive financial awards to results-oriented nonprofits for projects involving research, litigation, education, outreach, or communications. CCV is one of nine recipients out of more than 80 submissions.
