Yost, urging the Court to uphold Ohio’s Saving Ohio Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act. The SAFE Act, enacted in 2024, prohibits harmful and experimental gender transition procedures—including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries—on children.
