COLUMBUS—Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) has recently expanded its Development team by hiring Ronda Croucher as Development Director. Ronda works closely with Senior Director of Advancement Robert Kilo to support CCV’s fundraising and donor relations efforts, positioning the organization for continued growth and success.

A lifelong resident of Butler County, Ronda has spent most of her career working with nonprofit organizations, including The Salvation Army SWONEKY Division, Primary Health Solutions, and The Fairfield Community Foundation. Altogether, Ronda brings more than 30 years of executive business management, public relations, marketing, and fund development experience with her.

“Ronda is a dual blessing with her extensive background in nonprofit management as well as her connection to the Cincinnati area, where CCV was founded," said CCV President Aaron Baer. "Beyond being a local resource for our friends in Southern Ohio, Ronda's servant-hearted leadership will be a tremendous benefit as CCV works to resource the Church and rebuild what has been broken across the state and nation. We are looking forward to the creative ways that she will help us realize the vision God has for CCV."

Before her work experience, Ronda is first and foremost a devoted follower of Jesus, demonstrated through her service to others. She is an ordained Chaplain and is the Board Chair for Women of Alabaster Ministries. She and her husband Bill are leaders of the marriage ministry at their home church, Calvary Church, Hamilton. Ronda is the proud mother of two adult children and “Nana” to five beautiful grandchildren.
