Center for Christian Virtue is currently expanding our team and we have three open positions that may be a perfect fit for you or someone you know. 

  1. Advancement Manager—Full time, in person

    Center for Christian Virtue’s (CCV) Advancement Manager is responsible for growing the reach and impact of the organization by facilitating CCV’s fundraising efforts. Highly organized and professional, the Advancement Manager supports the Chief Advancement Officer and Senior Director of Development by making the weekly the financial deposit, producing fundraising and donor reports, scheduling meetings, developing donor mass communications, and contributing to CCV’s development and communications strategies.

  2. CBP Executive Director—Full time, in person

    The Christian Business Partnership Executive Director leads the growth, strategy, and public policy advocacy of The Partnership. An innovative leader, this individual is responsible for the expansion of The Partnership, ensuring Ohio has a business-friendly environment for Christians in the marketplace, and equipping business owners to respond to growing cultural and political threats.
    Note: Current Executive Director Matthew Stiers will transition to Chief Operating Officer of CCV once this position is filled.

  3. CBP Policy Director—Part to full time, in person
    The Christian Business Partnership Policy Director is the lead advocate for Christian business owners in Ohio. A strong defender of religious liberty and free markets, the Policy Director must have significant experience at the Ohio Statehouse and with the media. The Policy Director also serves as the lead spokesperson for The Partnership, helping to communicate the importance of protecting free and fair markets, and the positive impact Christian employers have on our state.
