Intercessory Prayer Partner
The Intercessory Prayer Partner Team kicked off the bi-weekly call-in to pray over the work of CCV and its projects, the Church Ambassador Network, the Ohio Christian Education Network and the Ohio Christian Employers Network. If you sense a calling to pray for CCV, the work, the staff and the supporters, register below. The next call-in prayer time will be Friday, January 31 at 9 am.
Drop-In Prayer Time at the Statehouse
Pastors sensing the call to pray at the Statehouse, are partnering with the Church Ambassador Network to offer a Drop-In prayer time for lawmakers. On the last Thursday of the months when the legislature is in session, in a reserved room at the Statehouse pastors will avail themselves to pray for lawmakers who drop by. Being a Shepherd of God’s government is not easy for the sinner or the saint. Since pastors know well the weight of being a Shepherd, who better to pray for lawmakers? There’s still time and opportunity for pastors to sign up for just one Thursday a month.
Engaging at the Statehouse: The Capitol Project
The Church Ambassador Network kicked off the year with pastors catching the vision of the Capitol Project, praying with legislators and joining the governor at the 35th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Awards Ceremony held at Trinity United Methodist Church across from the Statehouse.
