Senate Bill 113 - Prohibit DEI in Public Schools

Introduced on February 25, Senate Bill 113 (SB113) will have its second hearing before the Senate Education Committee today—March 25—at 3:00 pm.

Sponsored by Senator Andrew Brenner (R-Delaware), SB113 would ban diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in Ohio's K-12 public schools.

House Bill 1- Protect Ohio Properties

House Bill 1 (HB1), sponsored by State Representatives Angie King (R-Celina) and State Representative Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland), is scheduled to receive a hearing in the Ohio House Public Safety Committee today–March 25–at 9:30 am.

HB1, also known as the Ohio Property Protection Act, would prohibit foreign adversaries from purchasing Ohio farmlands and other properties.
