Watch Now: Nilani Jawahar Testifies on Tax Credit for Pregnancy Resource Center Donations
COLUMBUS—The Senate Finance Committee will hold a second hearing on Senate Bill 159 (SB159) today—Tuesday, February 27—during its 2:15 pm session.
SB159 establish a nonrefundable tax credit for donations to qualifying pregnancy resource centers. Nilani Jawahar, CCV's Legislative Liaison, will be testifying in support of the bill.
Please note that the Committee's agenda may include other points for consideration, and SB159 may not be the first to be heard. Committee hearings at the Ohio Statehouse are open to the public.
