Watch First Hearing for Save Women’s Sports Act

COLUMBUS—The Save Women's Sports Act (HB6) is a CCV-backed bill that protects female athletes in high school and college from being required to compete against or share locker rooms with biological male athletes. Sponsored by Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum), the Save Women's Sports Act received its first hearing before the Ohio House Higher Education Committee on Wednesday, March 8, at 10:30 am.

This hearing is one of the first steps in the legislative process to move the bill through the committee and towards a vote.
