The Narrative Podcast: Election Debrief, and Free Speech with Jake Warner

The Narrative podcast is back this week for Election Palooza with CCV President Aaron Baer and Policy Director David Mahan. The Midterm Election has come and gone, and the guys have hot takes to share. Tune in to get their perspective on election results in Ohio and across the nation, as well as what they could mean for abortion and other pressing issues over the next few years.

Afterwards, they're joined by Jake Warner, Senior Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), to discuss the context of the upcoming 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis Supreme Court case that will answer the question, Can the government force an artist to say something that they don't believe?

Colorado law would force Lorie Smith, owner of 303 Creative, to use her artistic web design skills to speak messages celebrating same-sex weddings. With the help of ADF attorneys, Lorie decided to challenge the law in court.
