Schools are DIS-CIPLING our children
Children are being Exposed to Obscenity in the Classroom
I must bring this to your attention. Many young and impressionable minds throughout Ohio are being exposed to obscenity in their reading class, health class, and school library WITHOUT parental consent. Please ask parents in your congregation to pay close attention to and ask questions about the storybooks and health lessons their children are reading and hearing about in class.
As the Church Relations Director, it is my calling and conviction to educate, equip and engage the Church in being salt and light in the government realm. I encourage you to take time to review the following information sources, and then read down this Briefing to see how you can join us on May 7 for Faith Friday, the Ohio Pastors Prayer Movement zoom call, and to check out the grant opportunity from the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
The War on Children: The Comprehensive Sexuality Education Agenda 10-minute video is available for you to view at vimeo.com/159811104.
A recent “Sharpen-the-Axe Forum” hosted by HarvestNet Institute featured a panel discussion with CCV president Aaron Baer, and policy director David Mahan on the subject: Indoctrination or Discipleship: Securing the Future of Education. This is a must-see. It is chock full of crucial information AND solutions.
Ohio Values Voters and Mission America are Christian organizations that have investigated this unimaginable fact. Click on the pictures to watch the YouTube clips where they share what they’ve uncovered happening in Ohio’s schools.
But God…the Church is NOT without Hope
Join us for the next Faith Friday conference call to hear from a woman of God who serves on the Ohio Board of Education to share how she’s governing and warring to hold back the advance of the enemy. For the second half of the call, you will be introduced to LifeWise Academy a statewide initiative that establishes the Release Time for Religious Instruction program in public school districts throughout Ohio.

God Showed Up
God met us at the Statehouse and poured out His spirit in the place, again! These Pastors' Day at the Statehouse events are the first to be held in the Statehouse since the beginning of the COVID shut down a year ago. Praise God!
The Pastors' Briefing provides pastors public policy and culturally relevant updates alongside encouragement for ministering to state government leaders, thus being salt and light in the earth.
