CCV Launches New Podcast: The Narrative

CCV Launches New Podcast to Break the Script with Honesty, Bluntness, and Courage

COLUMBUS—Center for Christian Virtue is breaking away from the script with the launch of the new podcast, The Narrative.

Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Play, and others, The Narrative looks beyond the typical talking points and spin to reveal the driving forces behind the most important and divisive issues facing our state, nation, and world today.

"It doesn’t pay today to go deeper, and to think harder about the most difficult issues facing our nation,” said Aaron Baer, President of Center for Christian Virtue. “What gets clicks and views drives so much of the conversation on important topics. People are hungry for reliable, thoughtful, and courageous analysis. The Narrative Podcast is our way at CCV to go beyond the sound bites and divisiveness to get to the truth."

In each seven-episode volume, hosts Aaron Baer and CCV Policy Director David Mahan dissect one issue from multiple angles. The goal of the podcast is to break the typical media narratives, and help listeners understand the root causes of today’s culture, and political controversies.

An introduction episode is now live across podcast platforms, with the first full episode scheduled for release this Friday, June 18.

Volume I will dive into the topic on so many minds today: race. Aaron and David will look closely at the issue with national leaders and provide a biblical perspective on topics like Critical Race Theory, anti-Semitism, and more.
