From the three annual Galas to the annual March for Life to CCV’s internal and external events and more, the Events Assistant is a highly organized individual, able to balance multiple projects, keep a keen eye on details, and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Center for Christian Virtue (CCV)’s Human Resources (HR) Generalist will oversee and manage various human resource activities within the organization. This position will be responsible for the hiring process, benefits administration, compliance, and supporting organizational development initiatives and performance management. The HR Generalist will collaborate with leadership to ensure HR policies and practices align with the organization’s values and mission.

Center for Christian Virtue’s Legislative Liaison works with the Policy Director in serving as our lead voice at the Ohio Statehouse and with lawmakers. His or her mission is to ensure Ohio public policy builds up families, protects religious freedom, and safeguards the dignity of human life. Professional, personable, highly organized, and deeply passionate about the Gospel and CCV's mission, the Legislative Liaison plays an essential role in serving state and local lawmakers.

The Church Ambassador Network (CAN) Coordinator works in collaboration with the CAN team to serve and resource Ohio’s churches and pastors. Highly organized and relational, the CAN Coordinator must be able to manage multiple responsibilities, ranging from database management and timely, clear communications to researching opportunities for Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) to connect with church leaders and more.

The Director of the Tom Minnery Fellowship for Cultural Engagement (Minnery Fellowship) will provide leadership and vision for a program to equip pastors and church leaders to engage contemporary culture with a biblical worldview. This role involves developing curriculum, recruiting and resourcing facilitators, helping facilitators recruit participants, organizing logistics for in-person cohort meetings, and building relationships with partner organizations. The Director will ensure the Minnery Fellowship honors Tom Minnery's legacy of encouraging Christians to be "salt and light" in the culture.

With a focus on web development, the Multimedia Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing multimedia content across various platforms. They are creative, organized, and technically skilled. In conjunction with Department Directors and Communications Team, the Multimedia Manager ensures CCV and its subsidiaries consistently convey a compelling and clear message to key audiences.

The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong technical aptitude for web development and design, with some experience in multimedia content creation, including video, sound, and motion graphics.
