BREAKING NEWS–Nationwide: Not On Your Side Campaign Kicks Off

LONDON, OHIO–Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) is exposing Nationwide Insurance’s woke political activism to its rural and conservative customers. The new project entitled "Nationwide: Not On Your Side" kicked off today, educating farmers attending the annual Farm Science Review.

Through signage, digital ads, text messages, and other advertising, CCV is detailing all the ways Nationwide Insurance is driving political agendas that undermine their customers' free speech, privacy, and religious freedom.

"For far too long, Nationwide has positioned itself as a family-friendly business to its rural and agricultural clients, while advocating for some of the most radical legislation at the Ohio Statehouse, and financially supporting organizations that host drag queen story hours and other absurd events that harm children," said Aaron Baer, President of Center for Christian Virtue.

"Enough is enough. We’re calling on all Nationwide Insurance customers to call your broker and tell them you don’t want to work with a company that is putting woke politics over your family. Until Nationwide drops their radical political advocacy, no farmer or family should stand with them," said Baer. 

CCV launched a website at NationwideNotOnYourSide.com detailing all the ways Nationwide Insurance has gone all in with a woke political agenda, including:

  1. Advocating for the Ohio "Un"Fairness Act, legislation that would require businesses allow men in women’s restrooms and other private spaces.

  2. Consistently promoting the radical Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) “Corporate Equality Index” which requires corporations to drive LGBT politics in their state, and on their employees.

  3. Giving tens of thousands of dollars annually to Stonewall Columbus, an organization sponsoring drag queen story hours and other sexual events targeting children.

  4. Supporting anti-farmer "Environmental, Social, and Governance" (ESG) initiatives that radically undermine the interest of Ohio’s agricultural community and weaken American energy independence.

  5. Pushing racist Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives on its employees that promote leftist political activism in the workplace.

"Nationwide Insurance was birthed from the Ohio Farm Bureau, and was once seen as a company that supports families. But they’ve been consumed by leftist ideology. Nationwide should stay out of cultural politics and not work against the interests of Christians, children, and the farming community," Baer explained.

The campaign kicked off today as a part of an ongoing effort to expose how corporate America is pushing a woke agenda.
