Late on Monday, a leaked copy of a draft majority opinion brief in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health case, penned by Justice Samuel Alito, was leaked to Politico.
The draft showed the Court is preparing to systematically dismantle and overturn Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court decision that mandated legalized abortion in all 50 states.
Both the nature of the draft opinion, and the fact that it was leaked are historical.
To help pro-lifers understand what this leaked opinion means, Center for Christian Virtue hosted a livestream with Constitutional scholar, author, and University of Toledo Law Professor Lee Strang.
