BREAKING NEWS: VICTORY at the Supreme Court!

BREAKING NEWS: Religious Freedom has won at the US Supreme Court! The U.S. Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of Jack Phillips – the Colorado baker who declined to create a custom cake for a gay wedding because of his sincerely held Christian religious beliefs. In a 7-2 ruling, the court has said the State of Colorado showed hostility to Jack because of his religious beliefs. Chief Justice Roberts, along with Justice Kennedy, Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, Justice Gorsuch, Justice Breyer, and Justice Kagan all voted in favor of Jack’s religious freedom rights. You can read the decision here. More details to come shortly as we analyze this decision at CCV, but this can only be seen as a major victory for religious freedom in America. As we see hostility arise in our nation towards people of faith, the Supreme Court has taken a major step forward to ensure that no one is discriminated against because of their faith.Thank you to our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom for so professionally and passionately defending religious freedom before the Supreme Court!PRAISE GOD! The Rundown is a weekly update from CCV President Aaron Baer.
