WATCH: Save Women's Sports Act Receives Second Hearing in Ohio House
COLUMBUS—The Save Women's Sports Act (HB6) is a CCV-backed bill that protects female athletes in high school and college from being required to compete against or share locker rooms with biological male athletes. Sponsored by Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum), the Save Women's Sports Act is scheduled to receive its second hearing before the Ohio House Higher Education Committee today—Wednesday, March 29—at 9:00 am.
This hearing is one of the first steps in the legislative process to move the bill through committee and towards a vote.
