WATCH NOW: Hearing for Bill to Exempt Nursing Moms from Jury Duty

COLUMBUS—House Bill 34 (HB34) would exempt nursing mothers from jury duty responsibilities. Sponsored by Representatives Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland) and Angie King (R-Celina), HB34 is scheduled to receive a hearing before the Ohio House Civil Justice Committee today—Tuesday, March 7—at 1:00 pm.

Please note that there are other bills on the committee's agenda and HB34 may not be the first one to be heard. Committee hearings are open to the public at the Ohio Statehouse.
