Hearing for Bill Which Will Increase the Harmful Use of Marijuana in Ohio

Watch as CCV Policy Director David Mahan testifies in the Ohio House Government Oversight Committee on Senate Bill 261, which aims to reduce marijuana regulations, expand the number of marijuana dispensaries, make it possible for just about anybody to obtain a “medical marijuana card,” and increase the maximum THC limit to the dangerously high level of 90%.

The Hearing is open to the public in the Statehouse Room 121, and can be watched live on the Ohio Channel. Please be aware that there may be others testifying as well so David’s testimony might not be the first one.
