More About Our Keynote

Mike Pence is the 48th Vice President of the United States, an office he held from 2017 to 2021. Prior to becoming Donald Trump’s running mate, he served as Governor of Indiana from 2013 to 2017. As Governor, he successfully lowered taxes, promoted job growth, expanded educational choice, and increased school funding. 

Vice President Pence also represented east-central Indiana as a six-term member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013. During his tenure in Congress, he established himself as a champion of limited government, fiscal responsibility, economic development, educational opportunity, and the U.S. Constitution. 

Since leaving the White House, Vice President Pence founded Advancing American Freedom (AAF), an organization that develops innovative, conservative policy solutions, strategies, coalitions, and messaging that expands freedom for all Americans.

Vice President Pence is a graduate of Hanover College and Indiana University School of Law. He and his wife, Karen, have three adult children: Michael, Charlotte, and Audrey.
