BREAKING NEWS: SAFE/Save Women's Sports Act (HB68) is in effect!

COLUMBUS–Earlier today, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael J. Holbrook issued a ruling in favor of the Saving Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act and Save Women's Sports Act, known as House Bill 68 (HB68). After months of being blocked, the bill is now in effect.

The following statement is from Center for Christian Virtue President Aaron Baer:

"Today, Ohio is a safer state for women and children. The ACLU's lawsuit has been exposed as absurd and nonsensical, and now our girls won't be forced to compete against boys in athletics, and children's hospitals can no longer perform dangerous and sterilizing procedures on kids.

Attorney General Dave Yost has been a strong advocate for the law and Ohio children, and because of his office's expertise and excellence, our kids have been protected."

You can watch the behind-the-scenes story of passing HB68 in a documentary video that debuted at our 2024 Cincinnati Celebration Gala with Riley Gaines and Chloe Cole. The video is available to watch on YouTube.
